Based on the classic American novel

Of Mice and Men
by John Steinbeck
Directed by Rachel Walzer

This powerful story by John Steinbeck is as tragic as it is joyful. During the Great Depression, two migrant workers – George and his mentally-challenged friend Lennie - arrive at a California ranch. Among those they encounter are an isolated African American named Crooks, the abusive son of their employer Curly, and Curly’s frustrated young wife. As the plot unfolds, so does the conflict between social classes, the oppression of minorities, the ironic self-righteousness of a lynch mob, and the complexities of love. Funny. Painful. Important. A thought-provoking piece.

Featuring Ed Gilmartin as George Milton and John Owens as Lennie Small, Mark Subitzky, Rudolph McCollum, Ron Scott, Rob Anderson, Mike Kanert, Linden Wint, Paul Howl, and Ian Martin.
