It's time once again for the annual general meeting! Every August, the TIP membership elects a Board of Governors to oversee the affairs of the organization for the next 12 months. Also up for a vote are our operating budget for 2022-2023 and some amendments to our bylaws (you'll find the proposed amendments on our "Documents" page). The AGM is the one time each year when the entire membership has a say in the future of TIP!

Like our monthly board meetings, the AGM is open to the general public. Anyone who has volunteered for TIP during the 2021-2022 season is eligible to vote. If you're looking to get more involved with TIP at an administrative level, or would simply like to see how we operate and meet the members of the company, we encourage you to attend!
