2026 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

It's time once again for the annual general meeting (AGM)! Every August, the TIP membership elects a Board of Governors to oversee the affairs of the organization for the next 12 months, along with an Executive Committee to lead it. Also up for a vote is our operating budget for the 2026-2027 season and amendments to our Bylaws. The AGM is the one time each year when the entire membership has a say in the future of TIP!

Like our monthly board meetings, the AGM is open to the general public. Anyone who volunteered for TIP during the 2025-2026 season is eligible to vote. If you're looking to get more involved with TIP, or would simply like to see how we operate and meet the members of the organization, we encourage you to attend!
