Led by long time acting teacher and prolific TIP director, Jonah Hagans, this workshop will cover the pitfalls and nuances needed to get through the audition process for both plays and musicals. Space is limited, so don't wait to apply!

Choosing appropriate audition material
Preparing for different styles of audition
Targeting roles
Appropriate audition behavior; the do’s and don’ts
Making adjustments on the spot
Managing your nerves
Preparing for the outcome of your audition
And more!
When: March 27th and April 3rd (a two-part session over two weekends), 1:00 - 3:30 PM JST
Where: Zoom. Participants will be emailed a link to the meeting.
Fee: 1500 Yen.
Participants are asked to prepare an audition piece of their choice. This should include a 1 minute monologue, and, if you are pursuing musical theater knowledge, 32 bars of a song to sing unaccompanied.
The workshop will be held in English.
